Refund/Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied you may return your item(s) within 5 days of purchase. You will be refunded the full purchase price minus shipping. Critter Gitter Tackle is not responsible for returned items shipping charges.

Shipping: All orders are shipped to the billing address on your credit card unless otherwise noted in checkout. All orders are shipped USPS Priority. Orders are processed within 24 hours from which they are received. Orders placed after hours will be processed on the next business day. In the event an item(s) is not available, a Critter Gitter Tackle representative will contact you with a notification of approximately when your item(s) will be shipped.
